Since its foundation in 2007 NeArq Studio has developed a series of small and medium scale projects. These include multifamily housing projects, institutional, commercial and industrial projects as well as private housing and public housing projects. All of these are done taking into account always the opinion of the client who actively participates in the design process.
NeArq also has an excellent external team of consultants of first order who assist us in the different specialties of the design of our buildings.

NELSON RAMON RIVERA
Graduado de Bachillerato y Maestría en Arquitectura de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Rio Piedras en 1986. Como estudiante obtuvo la medalla del Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico. Durante los primeros años de su carrera trabajo par varias firma de San Juan hasta que en 1999 fundo la firma Ocasio Rivera Arquitectos. En 2007 estableció la firma NeArq Studio en San Juan. Desde el 1995 es profesor en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
Has a Bachelor and a Master in Architecture from the School of Architecture of the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras in 1986. Bein an student he obtained the medal of the Colegio de Architectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico. During the first years of his career, he worked for several firms in San Juan until in 1999 he founded the firm Ocasio Rivera Arquitectos. In 2007 he established the firm NeArq Studio in San Juan. Since 1995 he is a professor at the School of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
